A Medical Communications Agency are currently looking for a Medical Writer - Editorial Director in Cambridge. They are a company that really looks after their staff and ensures that there is a great working environment. They offer flexible working and like to make sure that working late is the exception, rather than the norm. This means that you can enjoy a great work-life balance and do some really great work during the day, but still have time for friends and family in the evenings.

As an Editorial Director, you will have a very varied role. You will be able to work on a number of different formats, from publications to digital media and ad boards and work on a number of different therapeutic areas. You will be managing the Editorial team and have Senior Management responsibilities. It will be a fun, interesting role, where you can use your skills across a range of activities and make a broad, strong impact in the company and on the industry as a whole.
