Air Quality Consultant- Expanding specialisms

Air quality is becoming a hot topic across the globe with various new ways to tackle the impact it has on the world and subsequently the health of people everywhere. The UK alone has seen another surge in pushing for cleaner air across all of its cities and as such now more than ever is the industry really needed to keep the limits of pollution as low as possible. Part of this also means a growth in further specialisms into areas such as ecological receptors and human health where consultants are tackling new challenges and developing their own careers further within the field.

Our client is a UK wide multi-disciplinary that has accepted the challenges that Air Quality faces and is looking to bring in further consultants to battle each risk head on. This is the chance for a consultant looking to take their career further and pick up new knowledge to keep up to date with all the ways they can help in the fight against pollution.

The consultant will operate across the UK in air quality modelling and assessment work. Along with this they will work on the completion of projects liaising with clients and other contacts such as local authorities, technology providers and transport consultants throughout the processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years working in Air Quality from an environmental consultancy.
• Knowledge and exposure to ADMS modelling software.
• Relevant degree in either an Environmental or Air Quality subject.
• Experience with environmental report writing.
• Driving license.
