Our Client is looking for Client Partner Team Director to work on accounts based Europe-wide.

The Director of the Client Partner Team will be responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope and will have oversight on a number of accounts in the assigned geographic area, namely Europe.

Key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Fostering client relationships and providing support and assistance where needed;
  • Business Development - namely being responsible for upselling within existing accounts; identifying business opportunities; selling concepts to potential clients and influencing clients to give additional business based on demonstrated capability and past performance;
  • Understanding the organizational structure, dynamics and key opinion leaders within client organization to develop a robust and efficient account plan;
  • Building an Account Plan for the assigned geographic area, providing details of the relationships required, the opportunities that have to be chased, and the revenue expected from such opportunities, as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed in developing such plan.

The ideal candidate has acquired 10+ years of experience in combined applicable business (i.e. pharma and/or life science industry consultancy); between 3 to 5 years of experience in leading major programs and projects; has proven prior experience in coaching a team of client partners or enterprise software account executives; has working and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel etc.) and database programs experience and has detailed knowledge of software delivery models and infrastructure.
