Sales Manager - Agrochemicals - Growing Chemical Company
My Client, an international business within the chemical sector, is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for their Agro-chemical division.
The company that I am working with are aspiring to become the market leaders within the industry by re-investing back into the business as well as focusing on retaining talent. At the core of this companies success is their focus on new innovation and their ability to stand out from competitors. This is due to the outstanding work of the commercial and R&D departments who spend a lot of time researching the latest technology and new commercial opportunities on the market to maximise the results for other departments. For the commercial team this is a fantastic bonus as this allows them to work with the best products on the market which gives them the competitive edge when approaching new and existing clients. Requirements
- Less than 10 years sales/business development experience
- Specialist in the Agro-chemical sector with a proven track record in sales
- Fluent in German and English
- Able to travel extensively and act autonomously
