Clinical Trainer - EMEA Responsibility - Medical Specialist

Looking for a specialist training role in a niche medical field? NonStop are working with a firm with a focus on complex medical devices in the premium medical aesthetics market, offering a position managing Clinical Training across Clinics and Distributor networks, over 55 countries.

This is an international role, working across EMEA, and offers substantial responsibility for developing training methods and curricula, taking a hands-on position directly with clinicians as well. In this high-end market, with a particular emphasis on Dermo-Cosmetic fields, you will take charge of the firm's presence at international congresses and fairs, in Milan, Moscow, Athens, London, Paris, and further afield, and develop your own abilities in international networking. With around 70% travel expected, this is not a role for somebody who enjoys day after day in the office - but if you are looking to spread your wings and move on from a role limited to only one country, this could be the chance.

Key Requirements:

  • Medical background, whether as an M.D, Registered Nurse, Surgical Assistant or similar, you should be able to advise Doctors and Nurses in clinical practice and draw on first-hand experience to do so.
  • Clinical Training experience: without a good understanding of clinical training this role will not be the right next step for you. Offering the chance to shape training strategy across EMEA, it will be suitable for somebody who has performed a similar role for a smaller area or market, looking to take the next step.
  • Frankfurt Region should be easily accessible: though travel will be most of the job, presence in HQ will help you to see first-hand how strategy is taking shape, and to network with key colleagues.
  • Language skills will be a major advantage, though fluent English is the only essential.

Could you be ready to take this next step? As Clinical Training Manager you will not only develop your profile for a future global role, you will develop your clinical expertise within the high-end medical devices industry. Instead of the same simple tasks again and again as with Disposables and less complex therapies, you will be staying at the cutting-edge of medical technology, and building a valuable presence for the future.

Get in touch as soon as possible to discuss in more detail.
