Job Details
The Faculty of Business, Law & Art embraces the Southampton Law School, Southampton Business School, and Winchester School of Art (WSA), and its activities span the University campuses at Highfield, Southampton and Winchester.
As Administrative Officer (WSA) your role will be to provide comprehensive administrative support and operational assistance to senior staff at WSA, ensuring a high quality and efficient service at all times. You will also be working as part of a general administrative team with the Senior Administrative Officers and Administrative Officers to provide a joined-up service to the academic staff. As such, you will need to be a confident and diplomatic communicator with a strong sense of customer focus and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise your work in a fast moving environment.
Excellent secretarial, planning, and IT skills and experience are essential, coupled with attention to detail, the ability to manage your own time effectively, the ability to be resourceful under pressure, and a can-do attitude.
