Job Details
You will have day-to-day responsibility for 1-2 direct reports; ensuring successful delivery of a varied portfolio of events - from 2,000 pax concerts to 800 pax conferences and everything in-between. Reporting to the Event Services Manager, you will work collaboratively with a team of dedicated, innovative and proactive individuals who are pushing boundaries and continually up-skilling in order to keep pace with the fast-evolving events industry.
We are looking for a highly motivated, upbeat, over-achiever - with excellent customer relationship management and leadership skills. You will be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining your sense of humour and professional approach.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required and a qualification in Events is preferred. You must have experience in all aspects of conference management. Ideally you will have experience with EventsPro or EventsAir Software, and be social media savvy.
