Qualified Construction Solicitors - Manchester
You will be working as a full time locum solicitor to work in the commercial legal team in a local authority. They are seeking a Solicitor who have extensive experience in advising on public construction matters.
A background in commercial law with an understanding of local government law and experience of two or more of the following areas (essential):
- General corporate/commercial work
- Procurement and state aid
- ICT contracts
- Regeneration
- Development projects
- Finance and banking
