Molecular Diagnostic - NGS - Key Account / Sales Leader for UK/Ireland
NonStop are working Europe-wide with a major player in the NGS and Diagnostics markets, planning exciting expansions in the sales team in Northern Europe. Part of this involves developing a sales leader in the DACH region: a hands-on personality who can drive sales personally, and after 1 year start to build a team around the new structure.
The firm, well-known in both molecular diagnostics and Next-Generation Sequencing, is responding to increased competition in the last years with new strategies for the market. They are committed to a solution-selling strategy across the region, and investing substantially in new portfolios, particularly in human molecular diagnostics. A broader portfolio will help them approach the clinical and laboratory markets at the same time and with complete solutions across the firm - and gives the sales team more tools to work with in the market.
To cover the UK/IRE market, and with a focus on bringing synergy to the market and current customer base, they are offering an exciting position for a Key Account Manager/Territory Manager, who will develop strategy for the region, approach leads themselves, and prepare a structure for their own team. You will hold responsibility for:
- KOL Liaison, particularly in Oncology, Genetics, and Testing
- Build presence within Genomics across the UK/IRE
- Partner with Application Specialists
- Develop portfolio and pricing strategy
- Working with higher management to develop your own team
