Pharma Sales Business Analyst -High Visibility- CH

I am currently recruiting for a bilingual (German and French) Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company. You need to be capable of doing analytics as well as have good communication skills. You will be responsible for setting up the strategy of the business unit, analysing the market and the effectiveness of the sales force as well as putting into place a bonus system and contracts.

This is a unique opportunity to develop yourself in different areas as well as work across business units for example you will be working with General Managers and Heads of Business Units. In addition, your role will be highly visible throughout the company and as you will be reporting directly to senior management you will get the chance to progress your career into either sales and/or marketing.

You will be the only person in the team and so this is a high pressure role where you need to be flexible in terms of the tasks you do. Traveling across Switzerland will also be required (up to 20%).

You must have previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry as well as ability/willingness calculating the effectiveness of the sales force.

Need: fluency in German & French & English.

You will be based in either Geneva or Zug.
