Team Manager - Fostering- North West England
Our client, a local authority based near Greater Manchester area is looking for a Team Manager for its Fostering service. You be a part of an improving authority, which will look good on your CV and allow you to move across the services. Local authorities that need to improve are open to forward thinking career patterns, this experience will provide dividends in your future career.
You will be joining a service which has recently received funding, enabling the authority to hire more staff members. This will provide you with stability and less stress as a manager, not having to worry about you next role. As well as being giving the resource and support to help with all cases in the team.
As an agency we able to offer support and advice about currently roles in the market and the impact of IR35 to you as an interim social worker.
