A small orthopaedics company specialising in joint reconstruction require a Country Manager to lead a small team of sales professionals and help to define the strategy across Switzerland.

This orthopaedics company are committed to developing strong relationships with reconstructive surgeons across Switzerland and have already established themselves as a player within the orthopaedics market. As a Country Manager, your role will be integral in ensuring these relationships are maintained, as well as spreading the message further about this technology and continuously motivating your team to widen the market share for these orthopaedic/joint reconstruction products.

This orthopaedics company are well known within the reconstructive field and will provide you with a strong platform for success. This is the ideal role for a Sales Manager with previous experience in managing small teams who is looking to take a step up in their career.

Key Requirements for this Country Manager position include:

• At least 5 years of orthopaedics experience, specifically working with joint reconstruction products
• Fluency in Swiss German, French and English. High German is also acceptable.
• The ideal candidate can be based anywhere within the Swiss German cantons
• National travel across Switzerland is to be expected in this position
