  • An excellent opportunity exists for a self-motivated Functional Analyst to join our team. Our teams primarily cover the services and applications that support our Campus Life, Alumni Relations, IT Services, Marketing and Recruitment, Students and Staff Service divisions - including all our major contact centres and student centres.   

    In this position, you will analyse, design and implement business solutions for key systems. This will assist the University’s customer service teams to serve the University’s community of 55,000 students, academics, and researchers across multiple campuses, faculties and service divisions.

    To be successful in this position, we envisage you will:

    • Have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
    • Demonstrate experience in developing business and functional requirements and specifications as well as process analysis
    • Experience with agile methodologies such as scrum, Jira or Kanban is a plus.
    • Demonstrate relevant experience in ERP systems, preferably working with one or more of, MedTech, Raisers Edge, Oracle Service Cloud, ServiceNow, CENTAMAN
    • Possess a relevant qualification
    • Have experience in database administration and maintenance
    • Be familiar with User interface design concepts
    • Have generic SQL experience, JAVA development experience and API development experience 
    • Be knowledgeable on integrated systems
    • Have experience in Website design and maintenance including one or more of the following: HTML, PHP, JS, CSS, SQL query language
    • Have experience in report design and systems analysis
