Global Market Access Director - Big Pharma

We have been engaged by a big pharma to hire them a global market access director to be based in their Zurich office.

The position will focus on mid-long term strategic market access. You will help lead the development of market access strategy for the company's future. You will also be looking at and assessing the company's market access capabilities and thinking strategically about how to boost these capabilities. Lastly you will be a key company ambassador and will from time to time be meeting with external partners and key health economy stakeholders.

The company is looking for someone who already has global market access experience, if not then European regional market access experience. You need to have experience of working on and shaping market access strategy. The company works in a matrix environment and they would like the successful candidate to have prior matrix management experience.
