Job Details
You will have significant experience of managing building projects, across a diverse portfolio of buildings. With excellent communication skills you will be able to persuade others to your way of thinking, in order to maximise a projects potential. Alongside the design team you will also be required to manage other design disciplines, Architects, Mechanical and Electrical engineers, Project Managers, Interior Designers and Architectural interns.
The University not only covers a plethora of building types, including research, teaching, retail, business, sport, libraries, residential, but also buildings from a wealth of architectural periods including Victorian, Edwardian, Art Deco, Brutalist, right up to modern architecture. You will be responsible for projects with a value up to £3m on residential properties and up to £2m for academic buildings.
