Job Details
The Bennett lab is undertaking research in partnership with textile company GeoFabrics to understand the effect of copper-containing fabrics on plant roots. This technical post will involve performing and analysing experiments in order to understand the mechanisms by which copper-containing fabrics affect the growth of individual roots, and the wider effects on root system architecture.
You should have extensive experience of plant growth and management, molecular biology techniques and imaging of root system structure.
