We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Client Services Advisor to join the Careers & Employability Service, working within the Employer Engagement Team, to grow and develop the work experience opportunities available to our students.

Your focus will be to support the growth of our Work Experience Programmes, working to bring on board new employers to increase the number of opportunities for students locally and nationally. Relationship management is a key part of this role, strengthening existing external and internal partnerships and building new relationships to ensure the team meet strategic targets for work experience opportunities. It is likely the successful candidate will have proven experience in business development and/or sales and confident at networking and attending local client meetings.

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and sales skills, time and project management and communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as be competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
