Job Details
We are looking for a Research Administrative Assistant to join our Scleroderma Research team to provide an efficient administration service and clerical support for specific research projects conducted within the Leeds Institute of Rheumatic and Musculoskeletal Medicine. You will support the multicentre observational programme of research – the flagship of the Programme. Your role will involve two main areas of work; firstly linking the different projects to the main observational database and secondly ensuring research visits are logged in the database.
You will have good numeracy and literacy skills, good IT skills, previous administration experience working in an office environment, competent data entry experience and have experience of medical data ideally gained working within clinical trials. Given the complexity of the data collection you will need a high level of attention to detail, effective organisational skills, and effective written and interpersonal communication skills.
