Job Details
Competition for a Professor at the Department of Health for Public Health.
Candidates should fulfill the following requirements:
- to hold a degree in medicine or health sciences;
- to hold an academic title of a professor or a doctor habilitated in the field medicine;
- to demonstrate an established record of achievement in academic work;
- to have at least 3 years’ experience in teaching;
- to make an affidavit that John Paul II State School of Higher Education is his/her primary workplace;
- to have a fluent command of the Polish language.
- The applicants are advised to submit all relevant documents listed below by 30/06/2017 to Kancelaria, John Paul II State School of Higher Education, 21-500 Biała Podlaska, ul. Sidorska 95/97, tel. (83)344-45-90.
- A cover letter;
Documents confirming education (counterparts or copies of relevant diplomas);
- A list of published papers;
- A confirmation of employment in former work places;
- An undertaking to take up full-time basic employment at Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education;
- A declaration of fulfilling the requirements set out in art. 109 of the above mentioned act;
- Personal data processing agreement: I agree to have my personal data processed, included in my job application, for the purpose of the recruitment procedures - pursuant to the Law on Personal Data Protection of 29 08 1997 ( J.L. No 133 item 883 as amended).’
- The documents should be delivered in a sealed A4 envelope size and marked ‘Konkurs Katedra Zdrowia KZ/ 3 /2017’:
