It is an exciting time to join the School and we are now seeking to recruit an outstanding individual for key education and leadership positions in our Undergraduate and Postgraduate portfolios who will play a crucial role in the School achieving its vision.

The Business School has a total population of around 2,500 students and these key roles will have responsibility for ensuring the programme portfolios remain aligned with the vision and values expected of a modern and vibrant learning environment. Working with a team of programme leaders and the Business School Executive you will have the drive and ambition for maintaining the highest quality education experience with responsibility for maintaining overall quality assurance.

We are seeking to appoint two exceptional people to these roles. One will focus on the Undergraduate portfolio and the other on the Postgraduate portfolio. Applications are welcomed from the research active academic community as well as those who are education focussed from any discipline that aligns with Southampton Business School. These positions will have a minimum of 20% of time allocated to research or teaching depending on applicants overall profile.

We would like to hear from applicants with research and teaching interests in any area that underpins the Business School education profile.  You should have a PhD or equivalent professional qualification and an established and internationally recognised research/ education track record commensurate with the level of post advertised.
