Business Development Director-Biosimilars-International Career

Are you an experienced professional in the business development field wishing to become part of a big project in a fast growing biotech company? Would you like to work as Business Development Director in a company set to become one of the leaders in the industry?

I am currently recruiting for a Business Development Director that can successfully out-license the company projects. It's the chance to use your long experience in the field by developing relationships with the biggest and most important players in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Your area of interest will be EU and US and you will be working independently in developing new deals and leads in this area, this means you will have the chance to put your strategy in place, challenge your previous results in the field and having great responsibilities and freedom of action.

The Business Development Director will report directly to the Global Head of Business Development.

The company works on a niche field such biosimilars and has a strong pipeline of products coming into Europe and United States in the following years that will bring great income to the Company. Your role will be essential to the company's performance, giving you the responsibilities and challenges you are looking for.

Main Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in business Development within the Pharma/biotech industry
• Relevant experience within in the out-licensing projects and in closing deals in the same fields
• Proven record of closing deals within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Biotechnology degree with MBA preferred
• excellent knowledge of English
• familiarity with biotech processes and products
• availability to work and travel internationally

The position is based in Switzerland and salary is negotiable according to experience.
