Director of CP Team - Fast Growing Pharmacovigilance Company

My client is looking for a Manager of Client Partner Team to join their company and work alongside the Director of Client Partner Team, at their locations in UK or Germany.

My client is an international pharmacovigilance company with a solid global costumer base - with over 200 companies and authorities relying on its services for the provision of drug safety programmes. It has demonstrated solid growth over the past five years and is on track to grown even more in the future. This will give you the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, while at the same time getting the stability of a financially stable company.

As a Director of the Client Partner Team you will be responsible for a number of established accounts in Europe, working across different product lines and costumer segments. This means that you will have the chance to widen your areas of expertise hence enriching your portfolio, adding more skills and knowledge to your profile.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Fostering client relationships, ensuring high level of client satisfaction and providing assistance and support when needed;
• Building trusting relationships with assigned costumers within the account scope;
• Working on business development - identifying business opportunities and challenges and addressing all people and infrastructures related to issues that might be affecting the success of the intended project;
• Taking care of account planning.

The ideal candidate will need to have:

• Fluency in German or English;
• 10+ years of experience in combined applicable business in pharma or life sciences consultancies;
• 3+ years of experience in leading major programs and projects with global companies;
• Solid experience in software implementation;
• Solid network in Pharmacovigilance industry.
