A specialist position has become available for an orthopaedic device manufacturer with an internationally recognised reputation across the Swiss market. Due to continued expansion, they require a Sales Specialist coming from the orthopaedics sector to help them expand business across the Bern/Basel region of Switzerland.

This role will be working with complex devices designed for orthopaedic surgical procedures and you will be responsible for building up the market across the Bern/Basel region of Switzerland through supporting senior sales managers and learning how to develop sales and increase revenue. As a Sales Specialist, you will have the chance to work with a diverse product range and will need to develop relationships with surgeons and key opinion leaders, as well as spending a large amount of time in the operating room.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic sales professional looking for their next career move within orthopaedics.

Key requirements for this Sales Specialist position include:

  • Fluency in German and English
  • At least 2 years of sales experience within the orthopaedics field and previous experience within the OR
  • Candidates must be based in the Bern/Basel region of Switzerland with the ability to travel up to 40% across the region
