The Role

The UQ Business School is seeking to engage a Lecturer (Teaching and Research) in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in Management - Communications and supervision and further development of the School’s programs, and to undertake research of high quality.   Applicants with expertise in English for Academic Purposes and Genre Pedagogy, and Applied Linguistics (preferably Systemic Functional Linguistics) will be highly regarded.

 

The Person

The successful applicant will have a PhD or PhD submitted / all but dissertation in Communication or Applied Linguistics or related disciplines, have a demonstrated ability to contribute to high quality teaching of Management and an active program of Management related research with a record of publications in leading national and international journals relevant to level.

 

Remuneration

The remuneration package  for Academic Level B will be in the range of $92,142- $109,419 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $107,807- $128,020 p.a.).
