Contact Officer MRI Hospital - Manchester - Earn Up to £11.32ph
NonStop's client is currently looking for Contact Officer to work on the Children & Families team based at the Manchester Royal Infirmary. You will be working with the MRI Social Work team, alongside CMFT discharge team to support effective and timely discharges from MRI.
Key Role Accountabilities:
- Candidates will have good IT skills and be already trained on the Micare System.
- Excellent communication skills are required along with skills in organisation and prioritisation of workloads, handling referrals directly from the wards and inputting details onto Micare, accepting / handling refs from trusted assessors and input onto Micare.
- Maintain a high level of expertise on service specific legislation, delivery activities, and all associated policies and procedures.
- Validate documents in accordance with the relevant guidelines, and actively seek to detect and reduce fraud.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with customers in various locations across the city.
Must hold an enhanced DBS and be available to start immediately.
