Job Details

Do you have project management experience and exceptional organisational skills? Do you have an interest in improving the outcomes of patients with bowel cancer across Yorkshire?

We are looking for a professional and proactive individual to join the team managing the Yorkshire Cancer Research Bowel Cancer Improvement Programme; someone who can bring their excellent organisation and project management skills to support the delivery of the programme across multiple clinical work streams.

This small team works with colorectal cancer clinical teams in the NHS across fourteen hospitals in Yorkshire and Humber. In this role you will liaise with all members of the participating colorectal cancer multi-disciplinary teams (MDT) from across the region. We work to tight deadlines and have to be exceptionally well organised to juggle the variety of tasks and demands of the programme. However, the work we do also makes a real difference. Through the programme we are aiming to improve bowel cancer survival by up to 15% across Yorkshire and the Humber.

Hannah Rossington, Project Manager, Yorkshire Cancer Research Bowel Cancer Improvement Programme

Tel: +44 (0)113 3430337, email: H.L.Rossington@leeds.ac.uk

Interviews have been scheduled to take place on either the 16 or 17 August 2017.
