Export Sales Manager in Germany - Medical Devices - Eastern European Market CEE

International medical devices corporation specialised in point of care diagnostics is expanding their international sales division and is looking for experienced Sales Manager. This role is based in Germany but the person will be managing distribution channels in CEE market (covering Eastern, Central Europe and Turkey).

The company is a market leader in the medical technology field, selling their technology to hospitals, pharmacies even veterinaries and military. They have made over 250M USD profits and looking to expand by developing new product portfolio across multiple industries. NonStop has had this client for many years and filled multiple positions, all the candidates are still there and happy, developing their careers successfully.

In the role you will be:

  • Managing distributors, coordinating teams across CEE markets ;
  • Working with distribution partners and developing sales strategies ('hunter' mentality is needed)
  • Developing business relationships and expanding channels;
  • Visiting customers with distribution representatives, understanding customer needs and responding to them;

Experience needed:

  • Experience managing distribution sales in Eastern Europe in medical device field;
  • Medical Devices sales experience;
  • Life Science education would be advantage but not crucial;
  • Good strategic background to build the distribution channels + ability to manage;
  • Excellent English + other Eastern Europe language skills is an advantage;
  • Good IT skills and CRM system;
  • Team player;

Salary package (fixed+bonus) - 80.000-100.000 depending on expertise
