Job Details
SATAC’s Applicant Services team provides a comprehensive information service to SATAC’s customers, is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of printed and digital publications, administers the clerical process governing the inflow and outflow of correspondence with applicants and other stakeholders, contributes to the development of SATAC’s admissions system and processes, and administers the Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT).
We are seeking casual Information Officers to provide comprehensive information and enquiry service to applicants and other members of the public via telephone, in-person, email and/or other communication medium, as well as contributing to specific administrative and invigilation support duties.
Salary: (HEO4) $59,735 - $65,704 per annum.
Superannuation: An employer contribution of 9% applies.
Term of position: These casual position are available immediately.
Position requirements
To be successful you should have:

Proven dedication to customer service.

Well-developed written and oral communication skills, with a high-level of attention to detail.

Proven analytical and problem solving skills.

Proven keyboard skills and demonstrated familiarity with standard office applications.

Demonstrated ability to work constructively in a team.
