The Estates and Facilities department has a vacancy for a Secretary to support the Estates and Facilities Operations Director and various teams.
In this role you will be required to assist with diary management, organising meetings including room bookings and catering, arrange rail travel, hotel accommodation, typing and formatting letters, emails and reports. The post holder will also be required to take notes at meetings. Other duties will include raising purchase orders and dealing with invoice queries, as well as inputting and maintaining various databases and spreadsheets.
You will need to have excellent customer service experience, communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, have experience of note and minute taking and be able to receive visitors, answer telephones and deal with queries.
