Receptionist/Customer Service Assistant
Disability Services is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy reception team. You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries from students, applicants, staff and visitors. The role holder will need to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage a busy and flexible workload. You will work as part of our Administration and Reception team providing support to the wider Disability Services team.
The Receptionist/Customer Service Assistant will be confident in working with a range of people, providing an approachable and professional service at all times. Your role will be to provide an appointment booking function, checking individual student entitlement to support, managing email and telephone enquiries as well as providing administrative support to the team.
