Contract Software Developer - 6 months+ - C++/C#.net - high tech Medical Devices industry Switzerland - ASAP start - English essential German a bonus
Ours is a Medical Devices manufacturer located in Germsn speaking Swizerland close to spectacular skiing and outdoor areas. Producing high tech products that are mechanical/electrical/electronic and software driven, they are seeking a software engineer with strong C++/C# development skills in a Windows environment ideally also GPU based image processing and solid knowledge in camera based image acquisition.
Useful skills: Knowledge of Scrum or other agile software development methodologies, software test methodologies, CUDA, OpenCL, OpenGL, DirectX, Vulcan; understanding of different software architectures and design patterns:
Please note - this is NOT embedded work nor database or web related development
Fluent English is essential with German a bonus.
Willingness to travel
Ideal start date is mid August but with flexibility
A background expertise in Medical Devices is preferred working to the Medical Devices Directive and even FDA regulations, but flexibility also.
