The role

The successful appointee will advise students on their international study options including UQ's student exchange and short term programs; assist with the promotion of these international programs through social media, presentations and specific promotional events such as the Global Experiences Expo; process applications and maintain application records on the University data base; and assist with other UQ Advantage Office events and activities as directed.

 

The person

Applicants should have completed a university degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.  You should have experience working in a busy office, preferably at a tertiary institution, and excellent oral and written communication skills. It is also preferable that you can demonstrate an understanding of the challenges students face when participating in a global experience.

 

Remuneration

This is a full time, fixed term appointment at HEW 5 Level. The remuneration package will be in the range $64,597.80 - $72,348.94 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 9.5% (total package will be in the range $70,734.59 - $79,222.09 p.a.)
