Job Details
The Development and Alumni Relations Office is recruiting a Head of Regular Giving and Stewardship, who will join a dynamic, highly respected and fast-growing Development and Alumni Relations team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the University of Bristol by developing and managing the effective implementation of a comprehensive donor recognition and stewardship programme that cultivates, grows and retains donor support. Educated to degree level, you’ll have extensive experience of successfully developing and managing regular giving campaigns and stewardship programmes for donors giving at a range of levels in an HEI or leading non-profit organisations. You’ll also have the skills to support, develop and direct staff which are aligned to the goals of the institution. Your ability to understand and interpret statistical data will complement your demonstrable track record of data manipulation and analysis that will inform and guide your activities in this role.
You will have outstanding project management skills and experience, able to line manage and motivate your team, with the ability to influence colleagues across the organisation.
You will have experience of producing high quality publications, working with designers, copywriters, printers and mail houses and experience of delivering multiple projects – at scale – sometimes managing conflicting demands in a high-pressure environment.
