Are you committed to enhancing equality and inclusion? Can you provide effective project support against agreed goals and deadlines?

You will provide effective project support to enable the coordination and delivery of ambitious action plans aimed at improving the culture of equality and inclusion across the faculty.

The Faculty of Medicine and Health is committed to a culture of equality and inclusion. All four schools hold an Athena SWAN award (Healthcare, Psychology and Dentistry at Bronze level, School of Medicine Silver) and are committed to achieving higher level awards.

You will play a key role in supporting the Faculty Equality and Inclusion (E&I;) committee and Athena SWAN Steering Groups and Self-Assessment Teams to ensure that actions are completed in line with project plan timescales as well as supporting general E&I; activity across the Faculty.

You will have experience of supporting projects against agreed objectives and to tight deadlines. You must be highly organised, with excellent interpersonal skills, have an eye for detail and skills.  As an effective team player, with strong influencing skills, you will work with others to drive forward actions to achieve successful project outcomes, and be able to manage competing priorities.
