KA/157790/3 - Senior Key Account Manager - Team Lead - North East Switzerland (Schaffhausen)

A new opportunity with a well known medical device and healthcare company has become available as a Senior Key Account Manager. This positon will see you responsible for a small team of 2 sales professionals, as well as managing the strategy for the medical division across the whole of Switzerland.

This medical device company are well respected by their customers and already have a good reputation in the Swiss market. They provide good products, a good culture and very short lines of reporting, meaning communication is easy and decisions can be made at pace. As a Senior Key Account Manager with line management responsibilities, you will be tasked with motivating and developing the sales skills of your team whilst also visiting clients across all the French and German speaking cantons.

Key Requirements for this Senior Key Account Manager position include:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in medical device or healthcare sales
  • Fluent German, English and French
  • Previous experience in managing small teams
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and be office based close to Schaffhausen when not travelling
  • Hands on mentality with ambition to drive sales
