Regulatory Specialist - REACh Product Safety

Given recent awareness of some product ranges, our client has raised some regulatory issues and wishes to employ a Product Safety / Regulatory expert to cover REACh compliance, SDS Authoring and compliance as well as GHS and Classification requirements.
As the Regulatory go to person and product safety representative you will work with REACh, Substances of Very High Concern, RoHS and conflict minerals. There may also be an involvement with child labour regulations.
The position centres around Safety Data Sheet production, compliance issues and general administration relating to data compiling. Where needed you will role out system updates and improvement of various processes linked to compliance.
This position will cover EU and USA.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Educated to degree level within chemistry or related areas.
Awareness of Product Safety and Regulatory related issues
SDS Authoring or Compliance experience
GHS and CLP knowledge. REACh knowledge.
