Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Pharmaceutical Sector, 6 Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional with a Swiss life science background to join a growing talent team for a world leading pharmaceutical company. Specifically, this role will be aimed at setting up both local and global talent strategies. In addition to this, the team is still young and the company are in the process of implementing new SOPs and systems for talent acquisition. With this in mind, this person will play an integral role in making these changes and to help further expand the team. As a fellow talent acquisition specialist myself, I would be happy to talk to any potential applicants on an informal basis.

Process:

If suitable we will arrange the first discussion by phone. After this, the client partner will need to decide on suitability. NonStop is the payroll provider, hence we can help to answer questions in regards to conditions and contracts.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in German
• Experience in HR/ Talent acquisition in a pharmaceutical company or life science agency
• Experience of local Swiss labour laws
