Job Details
The Fellow will develop and implement techniques to configure the parameters of a meta-heuristics automatically. For this, in this work it is intended that the scholarship holder:
Study automatic techniques to configure meta-heuristic parameters and implement an adaptive method to obtain good online parameter settings by combining this method with a hybrid heuristic developed to solve the municipal service planning and management problem.
