Senior Talent Acquisition - Europe - *Lead & Develop TA Team*

SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION - GLOBAL LIFE SCIENCE COMPANY - ZURICH AREA - 6 MONTHS CONTRACT

Brand new 6 months contract with a l leading global pharmaceutical company, who is currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join their dynamic team in the Zurich Area. You will be joining one of the largest Life Science company who is always in need for new talents. For the past years we have placed a high number of position with them this year alone, and now you can be the internal Hero to help them with the search of great talent. This makes the position more exciting as you will be in charge of finding highly skilled and niche calibre candidate across each of their sites. If you enjoy the process of recruitment and getting to know different people from various background, then this position is for you.

You will be part of the Senior Team and lead most Talent Acquisition projects for the next six months. The main focus for the position will be for the recruitment plans for Europe. It will include the full life cycle, from finding the candidate till drafting and signing contract. You will also be responsible for the regional Team, they are currently in need for someone who can manage and develop them and work closely on TA projects. This is great if you like to work with a team of young professionals and coach them, and ultimately passing on your own experience.

You will be responsible for:

• All recruitment services across Europe
• Developing and coaching the local team
• Working closely with the TA team locally and international - sharing practises and strategies for all projects
• Proving excellent recruitment service and ensure customer satisfaction

Successful candidate must have:

• 5+ years experience of full -life cycle recruitment
• Team management skills
• Life science background
