What is on offer:

  • A leadership involved in the strategy planning and developing of employer branding and matrix initiatives on global level
  • Working directly with Directors on Global level
  • Opportunity to show your creative side and bring in new ideas for projects that will increase the level of service in the TA team

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing TA initiatives in the area of employer branding, matrix development etc.
  • Liaising with HR teams on regional and global level in providing guidance and support
  • Collaborating and engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Giving expert advice and guidance on talent management strategies
  • Design and and facilitating regional talent reviews

Your background:

  • Solid track record of leading successful TA initiatives
  • Regional and Global background
  • Fantastic communication and project management skills
  • Health care background strongly desirable
  • English fluent
  • Already based in the Zurich area
