What is on offer:
- A leadership involved in the strategy planning and developing of employer branding and matrix initiatives on global level
- Working directly with Directors on Global level
- Opportunity to show your creative side and bring in new ideas for projects that will increase the level of service in the TA team
Your responsibilities:
- Managing TA initiatives in the area of employer branding, matrix development etc.
- Liaising with HR teams on regional and global level in providing guidance and support
- Collaborating and engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Giving expert advice and guidance on talent management strategies
- Design and and facilitating regional talent reviews
Your background:
- Solid track record of leading successful TA initiatives
- Regional and Global background
- Fantastic communication and project management skills
- Health care background strongly desirable
- English fluent
- Already based in the Zurich area
