R&D Team Leader, Industrial Inkjet Inks, Stuttgart

As R&D Team Leader you will be leading an R&D Team of 4 Chemists in a laboratory focused around developing inks for glass and paper substrates for packaging, cookware and industrial markets which is one of the fastest growing technologies within the Inks & Coatings market right-now with a huge amount of companies looking to move into this area, meaning that you will be at the forefront of the industry in terms of knowledge and expertise.

Your role as R&D Team Leader will be to help hands-on with developing new waterborne formulations mainly for glass substrates, guiding key members of your team in the laboratory and providing direction on which day-to-day projects they work on, allowing you to have both operational and strategic input in the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Chemistry as Lackingenieur or Chemieingenieur
• 5+ years experience in Research & Development
• Hands-on formulations experience of waterborne inks
• Knowledge of Flexographic or Inkjet printing applications preferred but not essential
• Languages: German at B2-C2 level required for daily use
