HR Manager-Specialise in talent acquisition-Pharma-Zug, Switzerland
Our client are currently recruiting for a HR manager to join them to work specifically on the exciting six month project for talent acquisition. Our client, are a world leading pharmaceutical company based in Zug and are at an exciting point of development and growth. If you have experience within recruitment and talent acquisition, we want to hear from you today.
As the HR Manager in this role your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Managing the full life cycle of recruitment.
- Growing the company and hiring within specialist areas within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Being part of performance planning and talent development.
The ideal candidate for this role will come from a strong recruitment and talent acquisition background. Any experience of working within the life science industry would be a bonus. Fluency in English is required for this role. German would be a bonus.
