Senior HR Business Partner - 6 month FTC
A leading organisation within biosimilars is looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition specialist on a temporary basis to help develop and implement the on going talent strategy. Our client offers an exciting product pipeline and projects to discuss with potential hires whilst also offering great working benefits.
As the Senior Manager for the Talent Acquisition team, you will report into the department direct and have responsibility for the recruitment services EU Wide.
Located in Zug, you will coordinate and manage at local, regional and global level. This will involve standardizing process, ensuring delivery levels (service delivery) and an effective strategy is therefore in place.
This function serves as a management role, therefore you will have a team to manage across different sites and various countries.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Master's degree preferred but not essential
Seven to ten years of full-life cycle recruiting experience
Expertise as HRBP or Talent Acquisition Lead at local and/or regional level
Experience with leading teams of people across a matrixed organization
Life sciences environment experience
