Sales Territory Manager - Lead a Team and Sell for NGS Start Up

Looking for a start up environment with a very good potential? Want to join a globally expanding sales division that over the last 4 years made the NGS data driven medicine a market leading product? Look no further.

Swiss multinational health-care company that operates worldwide has expanded their diagnostics portfolio to Next Generation sequencing, especially focused on the diagnostic software area. This is the company with a great reputation on the market, absolute leader in diagnostics, therefore an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professional! Due to their innovative data driven medicine, they have no competition on the market and supply the largest corporations with the NGS platforms.

The business is looking to add a sales representative with a PhD or strong scientific experience in NGS or clinical diagnostics who is motivated and wants to step up in their career, becoming a territory manager with a team leading responsibility (manage 4 junior sales professionals). The role will allow you to develop within the corporation, expand your background and get you name out in the industry with a market leading start up. What is more, you will be managing a small team and will get to progress further.

Experience needed:

  • 2+ years of sales experience with Next Generation Sequencing products or clinical diagnostics sales
  • Ideally some coaching or team leading experience/ not a must
  • Molecular biology or other life sciences education background (PhD ideally)
  • Experience travelling across Germany
  • Native German and good English languages
  • Valid drivers licence in Germany
