Job Details
The position may be occupied either by one master/PhD student or by two students with a half position each one.
The candidate will work on theoretical and numerical approaches related to mathematical modeling for fragmentation processes, with applications to avalanches, with modern infinite dimensional stochastic analysis techniques, stochastic differential equations, jump processes, and semimartingale theory.
