Job Details

An opportunity has arisen for an individual with excellent customer service skills to join the Faculty of Arts as a Student Academic Advisor.  Working as a member of the Arts Students’ Centre team, your focus will be admissions, enrolments, completions and recruitment and you will provide advice and support to prospective and current students and academic and professional staff. If you have experience providing a first-class customer service, are friendly, engaging with great interpersonal and communication skills this could be the perfect opportunity to develop your career.

Ideally you will be tertiary qualified or have relevant experience in a similar role. You will have demonstrated skills and experience working in a fast-paced team environment. Your ability to build robust relationships with a variety of stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.  You will have proven time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
