To identify how the breast and ovarian cancer predisposition protein BRCA1 promotes faithful DNA replication.

Person Specification
You must have practical experience in the methodologies of studying DNA replication and replication stress and a working understanding of the process of DNA replication and mechanisms cells use to counter problems during replication.
Technical experience in the generation of mammalian cell models is required as is practical experience in in vitro protein production and purification.
An understanding of mechanisms cells employ in the repair of DNA double-strand breaks is also critical.
