Come and join us at this exciting and eventful time; we currently have a variety of temporary contracts available from 4 weeks to 11 months in length with both full and part time hours available.

 

Administrator duties:

  • Assisting a team through a range of administrative functions

  • Updating internal databases

  • Preparing  and formatting documents/reports

  • Responding to queries both internally and externally

  • Organising meetings, functions and events

  • Coordinating agendas and taking minutes

  • Diary management & travel bookings

  • Monthly budget reporting and tracking departmental expenditure

  • Written correspondence

  • Updating marketing materials and maintaining online web content

  • Meeting and greeting visitors

  • Booking couriers and organising catering

  • Filing and photo-copying

  • Booking meeting rooms

  • Fielding and transferring phone calls

  • Monitoring departmental Outlook inbox

 

Qualities of the ideal candidate:

  • A can-do attitude, self-managing and has strong initiative

  • Proven examples of key achievements in previous employment

  • Ability to handle several urgent tasks simultaneously

  • High level communication skills and an aptitude to think about the bigger picture

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills

 

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate recent and relevant experience within the tertiary sector or other large organisations.
