HR Manager - Global Medical Device Company - Stuttgart

International medical diagnostics manufacturer is looking for an experienced HR Manager to support, coach and accompany the operational managers in their HR decisions. It is a position that will give you a vast variety of responsibilities and will allow you to develop your career with a global market leading organisation.

Here you will not only oversee the HR generalists focusing on the recruitment area but will be influencing the operations specialists in HR decisions such as talent acquisition, performance management, people engagement and development, career opportunities, compensation and rewards. You will be able to inspire and drive change in the international environment, by working together with global and local Management professionals.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting operational managers by managing Human Resources aligned with business goals (commercial subsidiary between 150-200 persons);
• Develop and implement annual agenda for HR strategy, strategic business planning
• Conduct training for HR professionals (identify competency, knowledge, talent gaps)
• Perform and contribute to improvement of HR function: administration, compensation review, recruitment, talent management, etc.

Requirements :

• At least 5-8 years of HR experience
• Bachelors degree minimum
• German and English languages fluent
• Motivation and ambition to grow within an international corporation
• Ability to influence, interact (results and customer oriented)
